1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Spark Therapy website at spark-therapy.co.uk and the counselling services provided by Yitzi Grunhut trading as Spark Therapy. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Spark Therapy provides individual counselling and psychotherapy services to adults. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to decline or end a therapeutic relationship where it is clinically or professionally appropriate to do so.

Counselling is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact your GP, call 999, or visit your nearest A&E. The Samaritans are available 24 hours a day on 116 123.

3. Appointments and cancellations

When you book an initial assessment or ongoing sessions, you are agreeing to attend at the agreed time. We ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate, except in genuine emergencies.

We will always endeavour to give you as much notice as possible if we need to cancel or reschedule a session.

4. Fees and payment

Session fees will be agreed with you before therapy begins. Fees are payable as agreed — typically in advance of or on the day of each session. We reserve the right to review our fees periodically and will give you reasonable notice of any changes.

5. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.

The content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Spark Therapy and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
